If you think about it Les and the likes of Darkartist Dave must account for a lot of the numbers here. (Well, at least those who love customs I mean, statues and stuff, not so much.)

Hi Les. How ya doing Buddy?
Hey Les. Wow, I'm VERY sorry to hear about the problems with your Mom losing her chair.
Come to think about it my father-in-law has one of those recliners with the electric lift device in it. It was lightly used by his mother before she passed away in October 2006. It is still sitting at her home unused right now waiting for us to move into the house later this year. I could talk to my father-in-law and see if he would either sell it cheap to you, or possibly donate it to you for free. It is still in great shape, and it still works fine too. I've sat in it and it is comfortable. It is a recliner. I can take some pictures of it for you, and post them here in your thread if you are interested in it. The big question would be shipping! It is heavy, and I don't have a truck anymore. I couldn't cram it into my little Dodge Neon car. My in-laws here have a Honda Odyssey van. I think it'd be a stretch asking them for me to bring it to you unless I could pay them for gas down I-10 from me in Slidell, LA to you in Waycross, GA.
Give me a call, e-mail or a PM Les if you want to go with this. I will talk to my father-in-law about it if you're interested in the chair. I don't think he was planning on using it. But I'll talk to him and be sure. If he won't give it to you, maybe he'll sell it to you for less than $300.00.
