I'm bored at work so I'm commenting here way too much, and I'm also not an expert but I'm more than happy to share an opinion I believe Gametoys bodies are uniquely made. I mean, I think they are designed and produced by gametoys but I could be totally wrong. I just know that since they are unlicensed, they are unable to go to TBLeague to help them craft their bodies. But there's gotta be another company in China that does these bodies, because I have one by VStoys (Honoka-chan from DoA) and her body is custom made to her features, and a very high quality body!! Also unlicensed and without help from TBL. Which gives me lots of hope. And I also have a few Jiaou Doll bodies. I hope it's not JD. Their quality is subpar and especially on the bodies that I have (don't judge me, the European style female) the shoulders are all very thin material and i fear the joint may poke through

Just to confirm your sentiment, this is definitely not a TBL body. I do a good amount with their bodies and custom figs, neither the Tifa nor what I can make out of Aerith is a body currently offered. Metal skeleton and silicone look similar though, so might have used a similar manufacturer or process.

I'm glad they're at least making "unique" silicone/tpe bodies for them to get them as close to how they look in the game as possible.

One thing that I do worry about with Tifa is her sculpted hair when it comes to moving her head around. I love the way it looks, but since it's solid, wouldn't it bump with her body and prevent her from looking to the left and right? Or maybe it's made of some kind of somewhat flexible material. I do hope it's flexible so she can be posed looking in any direction easily.

No. Because with silicone bodies you can move the neck and body where the hair can be positioned to your desire.

She may struggle with looking directly up, but aside from that, I can't see any issues. I think it'll be made of the same or similar material to sephiroth's hair, which was a soft pvc (?)

We wouldn't know, since they mainly use the Chinese platform weibo to communicate, or private group chats or discords. Luckily for us, we have one insider who is in China and GT boss is his friend. His name is Walter88 and he's a blessing in this thread, sharing photos and updates from what he hears from GT boss himself.

this is gonna sound weird but does anybody got a few pics of the sword gripping hands for Cloud's right arm? The guy who sold me Cloud is trying to tell me it's meant to be two bent hands but I have a promo image showing the straight hand and the bent hand for sword gripping

It’s not 2 bent hands from what I see but both hands end up holding the sword in the same downward angle. For me at least.

As JamesM said, the hands are pre-bent at an angle. Most likely what the seller is talking about.

So, his right, our left, see how that one's kinda straight? Basically, he's got another sword holding hand for that arm, but it's bent at more of an angle, and it's less straight, was asking if you, or anybody else had a pic of em side by side.
