just be ready..... when we had our critter, my wife's water broke overnight and the baby hadnt dropped at all and she was having no contractions..... and I think she had been stuck at 2cm for a couple weeks at that poin t.....

OMG now I am really panicking hahaha. I keep telling him to stay in there until after tax free weekend. I think I will be able to sell a lot of swing sets. So it will be savings for after he comes since those jerks do not even have disability insurance for me so I get ZERO $$$$. They make me

My wife made herself sick by worrying about giving birth in the last few weeks of her pregancy and then she ended up having an emergency C-section. The baby's heartbeat was off, my wife's amniotic (sp?) fluid was really low and the baby refused to drop so they didn't have time to induce her. It all came so quick... You'll do great! They always say the first is the hardest becasue you don't know what to expect... Good luck!

Your poor wife. Our baby has dropped, I can feel it on my bladder every 2 seconds, arghhhhhhhhhhh. But he has the ok to come out after this weekend hahaha.

Hang in there Ness it will all happen when its supposed to and once it does time seems to pass so quickly with our little one 6 weeks old already.

Well we are one day past my due date and guess what... he is still in there. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I went to the doctor yesterday and she told me that he is still high. So it does not look like he wants to come out any day soon now. WTH. So today at 11 am I have to go for another ultrasound to check and see if he has enough fluid and then accross the street to the hospital for an non stress test to make sure the heartbeat of the baby is all A ok. Now they listen for a few seconds but I think this will take a little bit longer.

I am soooooo ready for him to come out. I feel like 100 years old. My belly is soooooo huge and it is all baby weight since I haven't gained that much in total weight. I want to meet this little man... I want to hold him and kiss him and tell him how much I love him and his daddy wants to do the same. If he thinks he can stay in there until he goes to college... he will get his eviction notice soon lol.

I will keep you posted. Will try to get to this place in Worcester MA who claims they have labor inducing cream cheese. If I have enough time after the hospital we will go there. Because I tried everything, lots of fun time , raspberry tea, walking, well he does not want to come out

hope everything goes well. im sure it cant be easy even moving with a large baby inside of you so i hope he decides to introduce himself soon. boy im glad im a guy

After having my ultrasound yesterday, there is enough fluid in there for him. Then it was over to the hospital to have the non stress test to check his heart. After being on the monitor for over half an hour, everything was great, my health is great, they did not even have the slightest reason to induce me yet. Arghhhhhhh. It was my own doctor there and we discussed some things. If Nathan does not come out by next Tuesday, I will be induced then. I just hope that the tiny female doc will not be on call because every time she sees me she keeps telling me how big this baby is and talks about a c-section, while my own doctor says not necessary.

My whole body hurts sooooooooo bad. I did get the labor inducing cream cheese but so far, nothing happens. Ugh.

Yes, we are 4 days past my due date and still no sign of the Darth Critter. Yesterday I had a real contraction so I was all excited and thought this is the start... noooooooo waaaaaaaaaaaay Jose.

I am really getting very emotional because there is not one muscle or bone in my body that does not hurt and I just want to meet this little man soooooo much.

But if he is not out by Tuesday, I already have an appointment with the hospital to be induced because my doc does not let me go longer than one week past my due date.

Will keep you posted. That is what you get when you have a little freak baby lol

almost there nessa our fist born did not want to come out if i 'member correctly we was about a week over so they had to induce him. my son was 11 pounds and change and about 22 inches long, we has ready for pre-school when he came out

OMG... 11 pounds and change and 22 inches long. I could handle the long part but that is one healthy boy. I could be right up there with you guys. On July 14th he was already 7.2 pounds estimated so we are over a month further than that. I know he will have long legs. That is what they said on each ultrasound. Long I could do... wide ugh. lol My doc said too he did not want to deliver a toddler. He wants him to come out lol.
