Frozen, which hits theaters Wednesday, is the best Disney film since The Lion King, and a powerful reminder of how astonishing the company's magic can really be.

That's quite an accomplishment if true since Tangled is up there for me.

I had a feeling it was going to be good watching the previews. It is the first I actually wanted to see in the theaters since Incredibles.

Tangled was great, I agree!

I'm pretty stoked. If it's like Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, I will wet my pants. :lecture:exactly::horror:horror:lol

I hope she's under my tree on Christmas morning.

Casinos never close, Ben. Unless there is a superstorm Sandy coming their way.

I also got THe Croods and Turbo 3d Blu combo packs for $17.99 each. Yay for more cartoonies!

I really enjoyed the Croods... but Turbo was bleh :yuck

I hope no one gets Waller Emma when she was that age! :monkey4:monkey4

:lol

Yea I liked Croods! Turbo was ok. Too many stereotypes, and when I say it's too much it's too much! :lol:lol:rotfl

Ok that's all I needed. Croods ordered... Turbo passed...

What about Planes ?

Agreed, that and it's such a cliche story line. I know all of the movies are "underdog" ones, but this was like every tired plot and joke rolled into one with a gigantic dash of implausibility thrown in... even my daughter lost interest and she thinks Hookwinked Too is the next Citizen Kane :lecture

I haven't seen Planes, but from all reports its like Cars 2, but somehow even worse :lol

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I haven't seen The Croods, Turbo, or Planes. I might see Frozen, though.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

After Tangled and Wreck-It-Ralph I'm kind of expecting Frozen to be pretty darn good... Of course, Planes was also a Disney film, so...

I'm seriously having trouble typing due to these blisters caused by Mechagodzilla. Work's gonna suck today.

Yeah, but Planes was clearly a "cash in" film... whereas Tangled and Wreck-It-Ralph actually brought something to the table. I was totally blown away by Tangled, I expected it to be crap :lol

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

The two animated movies I've seen this year were Despicable Me 2 and Epic. DM2 was really good but Epic was only ok. I will say of the ones I've seen the last couple of years Brave was really good. I still need to get it on Blu.
