It ended up taking two hours and fifteen minutes. Now it sits in the fermenting bucket for 2-3 weeks and then into the keg. Fingers crossed it tastes good.

I need Palpatine and the creature packs. Used to have Asaaj and Maul and kind of want them back at some point. With Jabba along with Bespin Luke coming soon, I probably should hold off for now. If they're still around in the future, I'll definitely pick them up.
