Good afternoon, gentlemen. Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you. Always dress for the hunt! :duff

That's awesome! The Marx Brothers estate should sue! :lol

Copyright infringement makes everything more fun. When my friend was stationed in Kuwait during "Iraqi Freedon" he sent me a chocolate bar wrapper with Papa Smurf on it. :dunno:lol

It would have sold better with Smurfette! I'd smurf the smurf out of her! :monkey1

Saving Mr banks has become my favorite movie of the year

Damn, I knew I'd offend someone. :slap

Hahahaha, no offense taken. It's just funny that out of all the Topps artists, you picked him. :lol

Topps has been known to use "filler" artists. They can't expect guys Vanderstelt to do 200+ cards. They may have gotten better since I stopped collecting cards. I know they were catching a lot of heat for it at one time. Look up the Indy cards by a guy named Ryan Waterhouse, now that was pathetic. The dude did something like 500-700 cards, mostly duplicates of just scribbles.

Just picked up the Dol Goldur Lego set for 35 bucks. :rock

Good stuff brother. I picked up this for myself this Christmas.

Was hoping I could get something Hobbit/LOTR related like Bilbo ' s home or Helm ' s Deep but it didn't work out.

So I made due. :)

Every store near me is completely WIPED of Lego. I ended up just picking up the TMNT and Lone Ranger baggies. :(

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

One of the things I'd like to put in my collectibles room is a gumball machine I have in the garage. Instead of filling it with candy, I'd like to fill it with some type of small vintage collectible. I know galactiboy does this with M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. I've looked around eBay, but I can't find anything Star Wars related that would work. Any ideas?

I have one with the SAME INTENTIONS!

Star Wars Fighter Pods figures (while not vintage) are PERFECT for it:

You lucky bastard! We have NOTHING! :gah:

I wanted to pick up the Lex Luthor/Supes/WW set which was plentiful up until Xmas Eve and GONE. Same with the Batman/Aquaman/MrFreeze set. I'll just have to hope for holiday returns.

Those are neat. Any idea what size they are?

I have a few and they're AWESOME, I think you can even find them on clearance too. They're small, about an inch high. Does your daughter have Squinkies? They're about the same size.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I gotta get me a Batwing set. Still hoping to get a good deal on the last two Monster Fighters sets I need as well.

My daughter has Squinkies, so that definitely helps get an idea on the size.

What about micro machine Star Wars?

I thought about those. I might look again.

I see plenty of those. If those go on clearance, I will let you know! :hi5:
