For C2E2, got a rate of $77/ night for Friday and Saturday via Hotwire. Total came to about $195 for 2 nights after taxes. Also used Mr Rebates for a 2% cashback.

Just a heads up in case you guys want to book a room. Looks like it just bumped up to $79 a night.
I can give you some details on how to make sure you get the correct hotel, since they don't give you specific hotel names. We have a way to know which hotel is the South Loop Hotel.

Thanks. I think I'd have to have one where I draw directly on it... not sure that I could look up at the screen while drawing on the pad. I think it would mess my brain up. It would be more portable that way too. but more expensive for sure.

They keep going to a static shot of the plaza showing the tree and ice rink, and you can just barely hear people muttering in the background, like tech staff or something. And at times, for up to a minute at a time, the screen has been black with just the muttering. Maybe Paranormal Activity came to my house! It seems to be fixed now.

Speaking of PA, it's not at my local. Should I see The Wolf of Wall Street? 3 hours, huh? And I hate that Jonah ******...

But loves me some DiCaprio!

Yeah I think we got them too much ****, they were in shock! My oldest got the Vintage TRUs X-Wing, Black 6" Boba, TMNT, Lego sets, and Metroplex. The little one got a bunch of Hulk and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse toys. Did Gabe get everything he wanted?



Yeah, Google the settings for your tablet and crank up the sensitivity. That way it feels more like a brush/pen. There is a slight learning curve but just trying practicing drawing simple shapes and go from there. just have fun with it.

Just like your boys, too much.... Wii U games, DS games, Leaprfrog Tablet, etc.... Lego, Turtles, etc. The toys are almost lost on him. He either wants to game or go outside and play sports.

The wife and I were looking at some Waccom tablets earlier this year. I think if we get one we are going to go all out on one. We could both use it. But maybe a smaller one to start might be best to see if we'd like it first. Which did you do the drawings above on?

Looks like they changed up the tablets - good thing - I bought one 3yrs ago - hated it. Had me wanting the screen version.
