Ah, gotcha. I see it now.

I can see who I gave rep to, but not who has given it to me when I go to notifications.

I'm assuming only mods can see that... seems it would cut down on retaliatory reputation hits. I know there are members I would have liked to use this feature with, but I know they'd likely just turn around and blast me back.

People know who gave them. Click on "Notifications" at the the very top.

That's where I am. I do not see who I received reputations from. I only see names by the reputations I sent. I think it's because you are a mod. Or perhaps because you have a premium membership.

If you hover other someone's "give rep" button it tells you how much rep you have to give.

That must be a mod thing too. Or premium. Not there for us cheap bastards...

I do? Wow, when did that happen! I was "almost famous" with 2 ranchers only minutes ago. Now I have a spectacular areola, and 3 ranchers!
