fury posted this earlier. Basically, you can't give the same person rep a 2nd time until you have repped 25 people in-between. Thus, if you give out the max reps each day, you'll be able to rep the same people basically every other day...
Well, since you only got 10 thus far, a little less often for you. But as your rep increases, you will be able to dish out more reps.

Today was a fun one, got to stay home as they were installing our below ground storm shelter. Now we have a creepy hole in the ground below the garage

Kind of like a Hobbit hole, but with our the comfort or size
