The refresh is ridiculous. I refresh, read posts and then reply to the last post. It refreshes after I post and turns out there is a few minute delay on the refresh, despite what my browser says.

I seem to get my 'no more rep' notification way before I reach 25 people. I'll have to count next time my candy is replenished.

The 25 is how many you need to rep before you can rep the same person again. You probably have like 7-10 you can give out daily. It's rated by the # of years you've been a member as well as your post count.

Thanks, that sounds spot on - that'd be the 'rep power' thing, the number of reps you can doll out.
