His discount will be 0%. Employees lost the right to buy exclusives as a discount when the new policy was announced. They have to pay regular price as we do. If they get a discount, they will be fired.

Yea it sucks. I learned that frm the manager of my LEGO store when they said i couldn;t use the 10% coupon anymore on exclusives, and they were told specifically that there will be no more discounts or sales on them, including discounts for employees. LEGO Group is getting greedy.
