Yep, I joined the board back when Sideshow started doing Star Wars figures and when Rebelscum was cracking down on their forums. It was like a family here for a long time, back before the dark times, before Dark Knight.

I think this and the vintage collectibles thread are going a long way toward preserving that.

:lol You know, I never thought I'd participate in a board the way I do here, but after awhile it becomes more about the comradery than the collecting. I genuinely like a lot of people on this board, and especially the ones that post in both this and the Vintage thread.

None of my friends are into collecting, aside from my brother who's a Transformers maniac, so it's really cool to be able to come here and chop it up with my internet buddies.

Would you say Han becomes progressively less cool through each film? He goes from blasting bounty hunters in bars to playing around with teddy bears in the forest... I blame Leia... She made him soft. :mad:
