And none is smoother or more satisfying than Billie Dee :lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I really am glad that Lucas is not in control of the next films. I can imagine him trying to direct the original cast as being about as painful and believable as a television reunion show. He'd cheese the hell out of it and play more into the actors current craziness than respect the roles they established.

They're going to have to start annoucing some younger cast members quick or this movie might play well in the old folks home. :lol :p

I'm hoping they'll be more in the background and be more like mentors. Meeting Hammill and Fisher in person and seeing Ford as the major character in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull proved these guys are too old to be running around doing all that work.

Seriously. I sure hope they are doing CG for them and not them in person. Carrie looks like she could play Jabba's son in the sequel. :monkey4

Nah, use them just make sure you explain its years past the end of ROTJ. I'll be curious to see how they create a new set of films while moving past the OT characters while not pissing off fans who have been upset since 1999.

Yeah, I think this is what would be best... but even then I could see this going very wrong if they aren't handled well and in a way that isn't pandering or obnoxious.

I don't know how old t his is, but he's pretty convincing with a beard and Kenobi-esque hair:

Hamill had tweeted that he joined a gym and was working on himself.

You never know.

And say what you will about Ford, he is in very decent shape overall considering his age.

Fisher.. well .. :slap

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I can see Hamill having a bigger part while the others would be almost like bridge characters to the younger cast... At this point I just try to stay away from all the ep7 hype. Casting news is fun, but that's it for me.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I think I finally found a focus. I was envious of people with a character focus. It makes collecting a little easier.

EDIT: I've been collecting Imperials, but they're all "faceless" if that makes any sense. Han and Luke are obvious character focuses, but they can be expensive. I've always thought Lando was the coolest guy in the galaxy, so why not? :lol

That's cool Richard. :wave

Waller loves black ****.

:lol :lol

He loves black clock? :monkey1

Oh, my. (Takei voice)

I sure hope they're cameos, I really don't want them to be in the movie a whole lot. Luke as a Ben type of character would be cool.

And I thought my jokes were bad.

See to me I thought he was great in KOTCS, it's the movie and Marion that were bad. Ford brought his A game for once.

You are right. I have a fan edit that took out all the dumb stuff and Ford is still pretty good. I just hope these guys aren't main characters in the next trilogy.

Keep them like Obi-Wan. :lecture
