yea, he is definitely a show stopper just by himself. i have high hopes for r2 to come out as equally impressive.

did you still get blown away upon opening him even though you had seen the pics, vids, & reviews? i know i did even being "prepared".

Nah, just a Hasbro that I weathered up and added wires to. It's gorgeous, Nick! Absolutly amazing. When does yours hit?

Yeah, not even close. The weight and the fact that it's cold to the touch just left me slack jawed. It's not just the best 1/6th figure I own it's easily the coolest collectable as well.

No, I've been staying away from it, though I have been tempted. The Daryl customs that are starting to pop up really have me thinking about it.

Argo was very good, though not quite best picture worthy IMO. It's funny what wins in certain "off" years. I almost feel like Hollywood was impressed by the insight into their industry that the film provided.

They loved the way the film industry is one of the hero's in getting the people out of Iran.

Man, you're in for such a treat. We don't often get something quite this perfect... if ever. I can honestly say I will own this forever.

Yes! You get me, OutLander? The film IS fantastic, but I'm not sure a best picture nod made sense. There HAS to be something that pushed it to that status.

That sucks. I wonder if it's for every state though. I went through the entire process and up to the "place your order" screen and it didn't calculate any tax for me.

3) "Bindo" - Waste technician who turned to the Rebel side after being assigned the duty of cleaning up the garbage masher on the detention level that had a dianoga in it.

3) Luke Skywalker - Rebel Pilot and Jedi badass.
