re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

It's not bad for free. Comes with a sticker, patch, a couple cards, and mini poster. They included a $25 gift card, which was nice.
I got mine today, too. Of course it was bent and shoved in my mailbox. If I had paid for it, I may have been pissed. My favorite part is the patch. And hopefully I'll find something to use the GC on, but I wouldn't bet on it!

aw man, why did they have to move Big Bang Theory to Mondays?? Now I have to choose between Gotham and that. :(
Sucks not having a DVR. :lol :lol
Gotham repeats later this week. But i know what you mean. My DVR is ROCKIN tonight! Besides TBBT and Gotham, I'm also recording Sleepy Hollow, Under the Dome, and Castle. I'm also trying Scorpion. But I suspect it may suck...

The Landspeeder was on the exterior package. Thom likes to embellish the packaging.

Ken, he won quite a bit. Prolly like 30 or so grand. But he bets a lot too. He was basically wasted drunk. He gave three of us hundreds. :lol
WOW! Must be nice... He could have almost bought you your car with his winnings!

If you guys saw punk's collection in person, your heads would really explode. :lecture

I speak from experience. Worth the trip should you get the invitation. ;)
I'll see it soon enough. When I pull up to his house with a moving truck, and rob him blind. :monkey3 I just hope he's out of town, cuz I know he's packin.
Never had cable before. :)
I use the good ol' free antenna.
NEVER???? I don't have cable either, but I can't believe you never ever had it.

Antenna for TV, no smart phone? Are you like 90?:lol
:lol

Guys. I'll be treating on my own for the first time this week on Wed - Fri. I'm actually not as freaked out as I thought I'd be.

I'm actually looking forward to it. Wish me luck...

So that I can say "Luck is not a factor."

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

My parents were too poor to buy cable. So I never had it.

I can only imagine... Sladesuperagent's got a similarly ecclectic collection... but at a fraction of the size and I found his collection overwhelming when I saw it in person :lol I think I'd need to take some dramamine to counteract my head spinning all around to take it all in :lol

That was my wife this past weekend when we went over a friend's house. He lives alone and has a vast collection, there was stuff everywhere. She was getting anxious and kept asking me "Is this what your collection is going to look like?" :lol I told her no. Mine would look like Steve's crammed into one 10' x 12' room but I just don't want that much in such a small space so I'm cutting it at least in half, at least.

OK thinking back, I guess I did have cable in the dorms during college. My bad then! :lol
I still never watched the cable channels. When I did watch tv, it was only for FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, the CW/WB and UPN. :lol :lol

Nothing wrong with that. I watched A LOT of TV growing up and most it was on regular broadcast TV. Cable now is just plain garbage. We only have it for the kids, my wife and I don't watch much at all. Everything I watch is online.

Haha, all my movies were recorded from my Aunt who had all the movie channels. I would tell her what I wanted and she'd look out and tape it for me. :lol

That car is so butt ugly Waller! And way overpriced. Yuck!

The Roadster is understated, classic, and beautiful. Plus, I can afford it. :lol

Break a leg! (I have a theater background, so that's my lingo)

:wave That's what my house is becoming!

Yeah, try and get a kid's car seat in that. :lol
I don't think that's an issue for fury...
