Neither is he... he adds stuff and puts his own style to it. Eeeesh. There is a reason George Lucas even owns his work and has him employed. Even inviting him to the ranch. But some SW fans think he's a hack for referencing photos. mmmkay... Majority of artists use photographs as reference. Look at the great Norman Rockwell. He even did that.

I just get riled as a fellow artist/illustrator hears stuff like this, being accused of referencing photos, when pretty much it's the norm among many artists, known and unknown.

So, pretty sure I've lost my damn mind... just preordered the DX Braveheart figure from Iminime to the tune of around $1000

No real justification other than I have made a lot from selling and custom work... but this is roughlyouble what I've ever spent on a single figure

I'm jealous cause I can't afford to spend that like of dough on a single figure
