I think I prefer the blue too. It's too bad they put him on waitlist after he was available for months and months and I never pulled the trigger to buy it even though I mentioned how awesome it was and how much I would love to get one but now I'm sad cause I can't and I also can't use the 15% off coupon on him. I do have a ton of points that I could use on him but I'll wait and not do that either until it completely sells out so I can be all ho hum about missing it completely... It's like it's going to be Bigfoot statue all over again, as well as the Godzilla PF in the future. I should just buy it.

Honestly, I usually end up holding off and spending my money on dolls instead of statues. I'm willing to bet the waitlist would convert pretty quickly if I went on it right now, though. Sideshow can be a little tricky with the waitlists from what I've experienced.

And I'm waiting for true in-hand photos of Godzilla before deciding to use my points on him. He looks like he lost a lot of detail and the guy is holding him with one hand in this video. Doesn't seem right for a $800 statue.

Yeah, I don't think it's really on waitlist. They've done that a lot lately it seems. It's good to hesitate sometimes, as it saves money by not buying things you really don't want on impulse.

Eh, yeah... the paint looks very flat and one toned in that video. I don't think I'd be happy with that at all for $800. It has always seemed a bit too high priced. Holding it in one hand the way he is would worry me that it's one of those hollow molds like the Man of Steel PF.
