So, Gibby and Avfin... remember when we went to Ricobene's and I stopped to talk to the manager guy for a bit about his Flavor Burst machine and how I was going to send him a couple posters etc... well, I'm getting ready to mail out some stuff to him and grabbed the menu he wrote his name and info on for the address... his name..... Rosario! hahaha

Angie and I will be in Chicago the weekend of the 17th for the National Restaurant show at McCormick if you want to meet up one night for dinner or something. I'm not sure where we are staying yet, but I am going to run by Ricobene's at some point to drop off some flavor burst stuff for the guy.
