re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I can watch them more than once for just entertainment. I do normally watch them on planes so I am not watching them to critique it but just to kill time.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Even if I wanted one, and I don't, I'm already committed to the DeAugustini MF Model, and that's enough high end Falcon for me. :)

That's so goddamn stupid.... I can't even look at another IM collectable without getting sick.

The buzz is that extra bit will be a "mini" pack-in with the Hulk Buster... so at least it won't be an additional $500 item :lol
I vaugely even remember that thing :lol...how much screen time did it have, 15 seconds? :lol
Holy ****, I'm so glad I was never a HT Marvel collector. All this from one movie. :lol

Not my thing, but if I was a huge Marvel fan that would be an amazing set up.

Fudge... that is just insane.

So with guessing Maria's price at $220 and the Ultron Sentry (which I don't see up for PO yet) at $250... that's a total investment of $4,645 for one film :lol
:google
That was like the first 10 years of collecting Sideshow figures for me :lol
That movie has left me really flat though.... Typical of most Marvel films, they're fun as hell on first viewing then get old really fast (CA:TWS and GOTG are exceptions).
Avengers 2 was fun but ultra forgettable. Lot of cool moments, but it didn't really add up to a "great" Marvel movie.

Same here. That said, I'm re-watching Iron Man and really enjoying it.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Just got back from watching Inside Out, it was very good! One of the best Pixar movies, although I tend to like them all mostly! :lol :lol

We saw it Sunday. Great movie, although I got something in my eye while watching it. :monkey2

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, and the first Iron Man are the real stand outs in the MCU for me. That being said, I have a ton of Marvel Hot Toys.

Are you getting this, Ben?

I'm getting it. It might not be good, but I get all Godzilla games whenever they come out. I'm a little disappointed they left out some of my favorite monsters. It looks like they based a lot of their character models on the SH MonsterArts figures. They probably used them as a reference.

My wife was full-on crying a few times... I got a bit teary in a few moments, but "Up" is still the king of destroying me emotionally.

Yeah I still can't go through the first 10 minutes of Up without tearing up. Damn Pixar and Disney!!!!!! :lol

I still have not seen Winter Soldier... I know, I know :lol But agreed on the other two. The Marvel movies are generally solid, but don't have quite enough with to get me to rewatch them time and time again. I have a small contingency of Marvel figures: Spiderman 2, Last Stand Wolverine, Avengers Hulk, Avengers Thor, Avengers Mark VII and TFA Captain America.

I'm tempted by Ultron Prime just because of the shelf presence; but $375 is just too much and since I don't have any other Marvel bad guys probably best not to cross into that territory :lol

That opening ****s me up.

Yeah, so did I. :(

I bet it felt close to home too having a daughter.

Yep, that definitely did it. There were parts of Tangled that ****ed me up for the same reason. That part when the parents are lighting those lanterns. Jesus! :monkey2

Last time I watched up I was a hot mess... and I'd forgotten about the ending also bringing back the feelings of the opening. Just awful.. but so good.

No impact from Tangled though :huh

I might be, depending on the price... And I need to see detailed pics... Would make a great display piece, with all of the characters sitting inside...

It only counts for KenBen cause he's footing the bill to go out there !

Good thing we have Yellow KenBen !
What, I have to pay??? I thought you guys were payin for me to go! I specifically remember someone saying you'd gladly pay for a one-way ticket for me to fly overseas and never come back...

Yeah I still can't go through the first 10 minutes of Up without tearing up. Damn Pixar and Disney!!!!!! :lol
I don't recall that movie being sad at all...

Is that shipping now??? :panic::panic::panic:

What's all this Maria Hill talk? I see no product announcement on Sideshow... I guess I'll have to find that thread. I rarely go to product threads...
