I was with you but finally broke down. It doesn't show much more than we have seen already except in different sceenes, maybe a couple background characters. I think the one at Celebration had more "spoilers"

Well, it isn't sold out, so it's tough to say... I haven't ordered it yet... $400 was more than I wanted to pay... But I do have $273 in points saved up. I will see what Spook brings. If they can get me past $300 in points, I will get it. It is in their hands now.

You haven't even watched the trailers??? Wow. I'm spoiler-free, but allow myself to watch the trailers only. Cuz that's how it was when we were kids. We'd see trailers, but there was no internet to spread rumors. The new trailer doesn't give anything away. It's visually pleasing, but you don't really learn much at all, except maybe "this character is in a scene with that character", so you can assume they know each other. That's about it... Oh, and that BB-8 kills Luke with his own lightsaber. But that's it. Nothing else. Other than Han making out with Rey. But you can't blame him! Nothing else was shown. Besides the Chewbacca sex scene with Leia. It was bound to happen. But that's IT! Nothing else. Besides Jar Jar...

As cool as some of TFA designs are, I have yet to get one piece of merchandise. I'm sticking with the good 'ol OT. Even if TFA is beyond awesome, I don't think I'll dive in to that collecting pool, there's no telling how deep that will go. Plus with an inevitable Fett movie to come, gotta save some scratch for that. And with XM putting out 1/4 scale pieces, that will eat into the funds as well.

I concur. I have bought a few small TFA items, but I will not get any TFA dolls or statues or big ticket items. Once I cross that barrier, there's no end in sight. I must stick to OT from now on, unless Yoda is involved. If Yoda's ghost is in TFA, even briefly, I will get anything they release. I don't want to hear about it in advance though!!!

Probably too late for advice, but I'd prolly go, if you are off tomorrow. I've been able to see the film on its 25th anniversary release, and again a few years ago during the Cinemark summer movie thing they do. I always enjoy Alien on the big screen.
