Angela Premium Format goes up for sale on the 25th. Going to use some points on it to lessen the hit. Not sure what the price is on it yet. It's sad that PF are getting over $500 pretty often now. I'm holding out for a Captain Phasma and then I think I'm out. I think I'm good not having any other SW characters after that... although with all the new trooper designs coming from Rogue One it will be hard to stop. I guess sad to stop is the correct term... I'd love to get more but when they are getting in the $500+ range for each one it doesn't seem worth it anymore. If they were in the $250 - $299 range like they used to be I'd be all over them. But the 1/6 figs are now those prices. Sandtrooper PF looks really nice though... As does Maul. Maul is overpriced at $519. Sandtrooper is better at $419. I'll admit, the Sandtrooper is very tempting. Getting Kylo Ren was a jolt... he was $570!!?! The free shipping and double rewards though made it worth it. The double rewards gives me back $57 so that brings his price down, and the shipping saves me about $40 or so. But still. It was a wake up call to what these things cost. Ugh.

Not PFs, but I keep looking at HT’s Kylo, Phasma and Fett. I have Rey and BB coming, and the wait is excruciating and I just want another figure to fill the emptiness in my soul!

Here are my X Files autographs, and the Walking Dead project that Cody started (which I will copy ) He will be the first of us to complete it though, but we plan to get everyone's autograph on the print.

Those are awesome. I like the TWD picture... I got the Cigarette Smoking Man's autograph. I went to one of the 3 X-Files conventions they had in airplane hangers back in early 1999. Mitch Pileggi was there, too, but I had to leave early to go to work. Autographs were FREE there. I got lots of cool swag. It was a fun event.

I had my annual camping trip weekend last weekend so I couldn't go anyway. I do hate Wizard World, but it would've been worth it to meet up with you all.

I hate Wizard World too. C2E2 is SOOO much better.

I have Rey/BB-8 on order and that's it. I have about $150 in points. I want TFA Han and the Mcquarrie's. I would get a Rey PF if her pose is with the lightsaber in the snow. Hoping for a Jyn Erso PF this December. The end.

You should be. The Hellboy II PF was one of the hardest for me to let go of. Such a cool character and Mignola has a very cool & unique art style.

THAT is an amazing page and an iconic moment - Congratulations on your acquisition!

Did you work with Mignola directly to purchase it? When I saw him at ECCC two years ago he only had a couple of actual art pages, and if I remember they were in the vicinity of $1500 and up. Owning an actual page of his Hellboy work - that would be a grail.

Yes, I was fortunate enough to work directly with Mignola.

It was a costly piece, but as you say, a published MM Hellboy page was grail status for me.

In fairness, this page is a recollection of killing Satan, which I'm still unsure of whether or not HB actually did do! There's an earlier instance of the event from a previous issue, which I'm sure was already snapped up or being held. I had a priority of having both HB on the page, as well as some graphic words! Drip and clang for me! And I'm still over the moon!

Next up for me is a Guy Davis BPRD page and hopefully another Matt Wagner one day!

I hope you don't mind my asking, but did you just check in with him to see what was available, or were you able to say "Hey if you ever have a page with this and this on it, I'm interested." That piece definitely captures many of the great aspects of Mike's art.

Oh I remember this issue well and that's the real question isn't it - did he or didn't he? Although in issue 9

it was revealed that HB didn't do it all on his own accord, it was his bride who influenced his hand a la Macbeth - if what she says is to be trusted. There's still room for interpretation.

Guy Davis BPRD would be another good one. There have been some beautiful pages in both BPRD Hell on Earth and Abe Sapien these past couple of years as well that I wouldn't mind having. Maybe some day...

What do you have from Wagner? Grendel, Mage, Batman, the Shadow??

I just checked in. Sent a list of 34 pages I'd buy from In Hell, and his wife let me know the only two on my list which were available. I don't think they do this often, so don't quote me on it. Of those two pages, I chose. That was it....
