I know you love Indy a lot, so also want you to meet Ford too someday Madcow!! My grail would have to be Steven Spielberg. I love so many of his movies if you guys didn't know. :lol

Thanks buddy!

Spielberg is another one for many reasons: Indy, ET, Jaws... I love all of his work. My buddy has his autograph hanging in his house. I always want to steal it lol.

She was in some Whedon stuff and I think she was on a show on SyFy and is also a recurring character on Supernatural. I think she's popular with nerd people because of her involvement with that Dragon Age game and her youtube web series, The Guild.

I wanted to meet her because I think she's kind of cute and saw a video podcast where she recommended a book on writing that was really helpful to me.

Ahh ok, makes sense I wouldn't know her then. I'm a nerd but an old nerd.

I'm buying both the Death Star Droid and the 2-1B... :panic:

Now, I'm going to cool off, and concentrate on building funds for a Star Wars 12 back Artoo! In a week I've bought five loose AFA's and one (beautiful, I'm not kidding, wait until you see it) AFA carded Artoo!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Oh, and I can't believe fury bought a carded figure before me. :panic:

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Unfortunately his poster might only cover the cost of two of the original 12 backs, maybe, maybe not. Depends on condition of course. There are so many AFA carded figures that are screaming to me to find funds fast. But I'm going to focus on that 12 Back Artoo!

The carded R5's are just so alluring... :(

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Death Star Droid for $80 in 85 &

2-1B for $40 in 85...

Really meant to do my research before I pulled the trigger, but I forgot. Those damn little acrylic cases are so addictive. Like crack! :D

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

That's because it's an awesome photo of Luke and R5.

You're doing droids now? :monkey1

I do have a thing for them. You might be right, I do like the artwork on the R5 card. The Artoo tends to be lacking, sadly. I mean, no third leg, but then again, the figure has no third leg anyway.

Yeah, droids don't want to cuddle when your done ****ing them, so... :exactly:

Get to work! :hi5:

You quoted my sig! :gah:

If there's anything I've learned from this thread, it's that furystorm's obsessions move lightning fast.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

And I changed mine! :lol

You can't have your funds going in two directions! :thwak

Truer words have never been uttered. I wish there was a cure for it, but I've come to terms with the fact that there isn't. I am glad to have a focus finally. Artoo is my main man.

You also learned to use lowercase for my name. :yess:

For some reason, it irks me when other's capitalize it. OCD much? :(
