It was weird for me. I enjoyed it, but I wonder if I walked in with overly high expectations or what, I didn't quite love it. I was in a salty mood all day so maybe that didn't help. I'll watch it again when the digital version is released. Still adore the first one, though.

The ending had some good emotional beats; I wonder if what's missing for me is the total surprise I experienced when I saw the first one -- I hadn't expected the tone of innocence + snarky they committed to. Reminded me a lot of the '80s.
