Too bad he pretty much just squished all those paragraphs of story into the last five minutes of the whole PT. Way to space things out George.

No kidding I like the tone of his ideas better... and Yoda could have remained a non-fighting character and I think the PT would have been better for it. Even if he was retired in his old age that would have been hunky-dory with me.

Also that would have saved us from the infamous "Noooooo!" sequence (and subsequent reuse in ROTJ) if Padme had just escaped never to be seen again.
