Before this gets out of hand, no, I'm not calling anyone here a criminal. The experience I had was another company was using our name to promote their products. They were great people but that didn't excuse their behavior. What I'm merely stating that the behavior can be deemed as such. And it was, which was why it was removed. That's not a personal slight to anyone, just the way things are seen from a legal perspective. Don't read into it any more than that.

Copyright laws are pretty silly. But its just how it goes. But Fox is pretty strict with them, more so then any other studio.

Post a TDK clip from IGN....no problem...post a TDK from the leaked movie....then I can understand.

That's not the point. The point is it is illegal. I could just as easily argue that SOLIDSNAKE is using the footage to make HIS reviews better at the expense of Fox, whether or not there's profit to be made.
