Fred barton 1:1 Robocop bust

Fred answered my email, telling me mine is waiting shipping cost approval.
It's gonna rock.

This is starting to tick me off, how is everyone getting invoices and shipping estimates. I emailed Fred again last night and still no response.

Fred called me at last night and told me the busts were hopefully shipping next week by Fed Ex. I don't think we discussed it during this conversation, but as I recall he was going to ship them based on who ordered first.

This is my first dealing with Fred and I understand some are frustrated, but I've had nothing but good service from him so far. I think he underestimated how popular this piece would be and the eagerness with which the fans would want it shipped. Knowing that Fred is a small operation (versus Sideshow), I think he'd done a pretty admirable job in both soliciting, producing and shipping this thing in a timely manner. Also, we should, as collectors, appreciate the fact that he halted production to correct a design element after it had already entered production. I, for one, am looking forward to this piece as it's probably one of the best Robocop collectibles to ever be offered. My fear, however, is that we won't get anything further from Fred because of the lambasting he's received on the message boards. Let's hope he proceeds with his Cain project and 1/4 scale Robo.

These will come out GREAT, quality is Fred best known of.

This has happened FAR too many times on this board with customizers, some the fault of the customizer, some the fault of buyers. I for one will be pretty unhappy if he chooses to not go forward with the 1:4 Robocop and ED-209. I guess I should be happy that I'm getting this bust.

Listen I know you cant afford one of these and your trying to suck up to me just so you can get within 3 feet of one. Not really.....Just typical.......He always touts about how much $$$ he has.....

If you'll notice all his past posts talking shat about SS and all around whining and then him jumping on this bust as if Mr. Barton was the end all be all of what should be. Only to be getting the shaft, is quite amusing.

Personally, I'd like to see his bust show up with a defect and read all about how he can't get a replacement or refund.....
