What's the thing I saw on a youtube comment about the preorder being removed from bbts? Does that mean anything?

man it looks real.

yeah man. It's very real looking. killer piece.

i may have to look into getting my face re-painted!

interesting. how crazy would it be if Fred pulled the plug on the rest of the busts?..and the only ones that existed are the limited amount from the first wave.

SS still has all their orders though. Even considering how low the ES is on it, the sales of this piece really shows there still isn't a huge demand for Robo collectibles, especially in the high end scope of things. If HT made a new $200 figure, that would be different.

Im also surprised these things didnt blow off the table while they were being airbrushed. I will never get over how light this bust is. It just blows my mind how some people can spend almost $1000 on this and not be disturbed with how "little" material was used to make this bust.

Chris

I've asked this before but never got an answer (or I missed it :monkey3 ), but how heavy is this? There are numerous comments about how light this is, but I havent seen anyone mention its real weight.

Is it "light" as in: not as heavy as a typical 1/1 bust (20-30lbs)?

Or "light" as in: it feels like a Toy R Us plastic piggy bank?

:dunno

8.93lbs I weighed it at....that light enough for ya?

Chris

Damn, that looks good. May end up getting one of these if I can find one at the right price and repaint the mouth section myself.

I guess everybody has something they're looking for when they spend a decent amount of money. The weight doesn't concern me at all (unless it causes structural problems).

For instance: I bought one of those Arnie T3 busts from Godaiking. It's pretty light (I think it's made of hollow resin) but I don't know how I could be much happier with it. I think it looks ridiculously good, but don't take my word for it:

1lb or 100lbs, I don't care. As long as it looks good. Joe's the man!!:clap

Gee thanks! :wave

As a collector myself, I always put the most I can into each piece I paint/construct. After hearing all the horror stories how big a jerk this Fred guy is, I may avoid this bust altogether. Although, I do need a lifesize Robocop piece....what to do...
