:slap:slap:slap to the person who hasnt read the last 30 pages.

I think we have all learned a lesson not to jump the gun on ordering.

Yeah but that's pretty much old news.
He has mentioned that long time ago since he first offered the bust.

I received mine today - 15/250. I had actually received one about 4 months back, which was badly damaged in shipping. It was returned and Fred sent me a new one from the new crop, which, as I'm told, is better molded and more reinforced. Also, the paint apps on the new one are much cleaner than the first one, as well as being more ornate. This one is done in silver with a "candy" coating of various interference colors, giving it a very unique shimmer similar to the Robo 2 costume. Also, the skin tone seems less orange and the teeth are glossy and ivory colored, not flat white.

I was disappointed with all the complications, but honestly, Fred kept me in the loop and always responded to my emails in a timely fashion. I never even considered a refund on this and now I'm glad I didn't - hell, there are only 250 of them! I'll try and figure out how to post pics.

They should have all been like this in the first place.

Look, in an ideal world, everything arrives in pristine shape with a factory paint job identical to the proto. That said, even SS sends out damaged pieces (Hell, I just got a screwed up Berserker bust) and their paint jobs deviate so much from the proto as to approach false advertising. However, they are good about exchanges, which Fred also encouraged. For that, I give this 1-3 man operation props. He made things right for me and now I have an amazing piece for my collection. That's the best I can ask for.

Well good for you the bloke fed me BS from the moment I ordered. He's a pain to deal with.
