Is the shirt supposed to be buttoned. Only the bottom button is buttoned on mine. The middle button is only present on the right side. and the top button is on both sides but they do not attach. The only reason I ask is because my shirt doesn't completely cover his v-neck where the head attaches. But I'm sure I can mess w/ it.
Also the magnets that hold the hands don't seem very strong.

I am not complaining, it looks awesome, just asking if my figure is similar to others....

Since its highly unlikely SSC will do anything else Universal Monsters, and the likelihood of them ever doing a '78 Micheal Myers is almost non-existent, I am kind of melancholy about Jason finally being here. its the end of an era for me. No more Sideshow products on my radar right now. Maybe not for good. Sad. But I am really happy with the Jason and he was well worth the wait.

If you werent fortunate enuff to get an exclusive---go for the regular. You wont regret it. Ciao~

I just got my exclusive number 48 unboxed and this is amazing it is a lot bigger and better than I could imagine.

Got mine today, but unfortunately, I cannot display it yet. Something is preventing the foot peg to slide into the base all the way. I don't see anything obvious that's blocking it, but it was really tough to get it to the half way point and was even more difficult to to remove.

I've no doubt Sideshow will take care of me on this. I filled out the form and will be waiting to hear back from them. But when I was filling out the form, I figured it would be prudent to inspect the rest of the pieces as well. I noticed a big white spot on the nose that I thought was a defect, so I reported it as such, but now that I look through the photos here, it looks like it's supposed to be that way. :dunno

If they're all like that, I can learn to live with it, but I obviously need the peg/base thing taken care of.

So now I play the waiting game... again. :monkey2

My peg did the same thing. Spray some Pam cooking oil, or a little olive oil onto the peg, and rock it back and forth slightly. It'll go right in.

Yes---I am talking about the Jason peg for all you deviants out there who will try to make this sound perverted.:peace:wink1:

I've already filed a claim with Sideshow, so I'll wait to see what they say. I'll keep this trick in mind if I have problems with the replacement (should I get one).

Anybody have comments on the white on the nose? Is it very noticeable on yours?

The white mark is on the movie mask as well. It's supposed to look worn down past the base off-white paint to the white plastic underneath. It's correct.

Actually, my foot peg kinda popped in a little hard, so after seeing kabukiman's post I took it down to check to see if it was stuck. It wasn't stuck, but two small pieces snapped off the tip of the sole of the boot (both pieces were maybe 1/3" long altogether). It was such a clean break that after gluing them back on you can't even tell, so I'm not concerned about it.

I figure what happened was that small chuck of "wood" near the tip of the boot on the base, that whenever it popped on, the tip caught that and popped those off. Just whoever hasn't gotten theirs yet, be careful.
