wow... that is a GREAT custom. Excellent work there... always good to see someone getting better at sculpting. and you certainly ARE! :rock

Fantastic job! Really like how your Joker is more of a cartoonish version or take on the character. You really did a great job sculpting the head as well.

Yep, I have some string... but its too thick. Need to go to the store tomorrow and get some thin ribbon. Gonna go for a bolo necktie, think that would look good on him.

I'm thinking black, any other suggestions on a good color?

Go with purple to match the suit or green for his hair. It looks great!

DUDE!!! That os freakin awesome Joseph!!!!! You did an outstanding job on him!! You should be pretty f'n proud of yourself! I really really like him, he captures a certain whimsical Joker feel. Realy nice job J!!

:clap :clap :clap That looks f'n awesome GB!!! Excellent sculpt...and I really love the paint job on his face...especially around the eyes....very, very well done!!! :D And the suit rules.... :rock

Wow, thanks everybody... I've very happy you guys like him :rock I'm gonna try and get some ribbon for this tie today and after that I think I'll call him good.

Thanks again for all the feedback :duff

Okay, now with necktie. I also tried to smooth out a few rough spots on the sulpt.

And Jen, this is actually about 90% the figures you sold me... I used that buck body and the scarface clothes and hands to make him. Didn't intend that when I bought them, but they were perfect when outfitting the Joker. So Thanks!

SWEET!!!! :rock :rock I'm glad it worked out so well for both of us! :D

GB!!!! :eek

Man! I missed this! I've been so busy...
THIS FIGURE ROCKS!! :rock :rock :rock

He looks great! Love the eyes man! You did him proud!
Everyone should do a Joker. You shoulda saved him for the upcoming challenge! Where we do our own riff on Batman or other characters...but man! I love it! You are getting really bold with your sculpts, and I for one, love it! Bravo my man! You batted this guy out of the park!

Wow, thanks Les... that really means a lot! I honestly wasn't intending to make a full figure, I just couldn't sleep and decided to break out the sculpey :lol

But I have a couple of ideas for the conest, one of which if I can pull off will really fill a hole in my collection. Although, now that I've got a Joker done I think I may try some other Batman characters and see if anything sticks.

he is great............love the bugged eye look. & superb job on the clothes. top shelf !!!:clap

Thanks Batty and Barryo :duff

After this guy I tried using the firm sculpey again... I just can't get used to this stuff. I think its back to the regular super sculpey. I guess ya gotta go with what you know :lol

Couple things I've been working on... I wanted to give Joker an accessory, so I tried to do a Joker fish. Turned out okay, but at least it was a fun experiment:

Also, I started on a 2nd figure from the Rogues gallery, Killer Croc. Still need to do some sanding work and what-not, but I though he was kind of fun.

Jokerfish! That's awesome! Croc is lookin really cool too.
I think I'll head to Hobbit Lobby this weekend and grab some sculpting supplies myself. Looks like alot of fun.
