Hopefully they cast someone more like Gambit this time around (if Tatum actually leaves the project)

I'm hoping for Michiel Huisman

He would be perfect. He has the look and he's a good actor. He plays Daario on Game of Thrones.

That would be better. Throw in Cable as well.

Yep - Deadpool, Gambit, Colossus, Cable, Domino and maybe X-23 or Magik or someone else that could fit in.

I'd prefer they leave Psylocke and Angel in the past with the Apocalypse films and move their films with two timelines going forward.

1. X-Men (80s, 90s, etc.)
2. X-Force (current times)

Plus, hunni good suggestion. :clap He'd be a way better Gambit than Tatum.

X-Force would be a good Marvel counter to Suicide Squad. Could also be a good place to start a recasted Wolverine.

Nope, I've wanted him ever since they started the Wolverine side films.

Hell no you aren't...give a proper Wolverine origins flick with him, Sabertooth/Creed, Omega Red and Maverick.

:hi5:

He’s been rumored for every almost every Wolverine/X-Men film, I’d love to see him in one of these movies.

I wonder if they haven't used him because of Whiplash in IM2? Which is interesting because the original Whiplash was not Russian and he looked nothing like the film/modern version, but then in 2009 before IM 2 was made, Marvel created a new Whiplash with a metallic armor and the long hair and the Russian background, so maybe they wanted to make their own version of Omega Red and stop Fox from using the original character?

After seeing the movie Sabotage, and what we've seen so far with Suicide Squad, it would be cool to see a David Ayer X-Force or Team X movie. I think his style would lend well to those titles.

Well he needs to hit the gym, he's been looking a bit puffy lately

I'm willing to give him a chance, so being cautiously optimistic
