GambiT PF seller didnt Refunded money

Not sure where to post this ....This is Gambit PF transaction for which i have paid in 3 Invoice that is
1-100EUR 2-300EUR & 3-240EUR total 640 EUR.......from which i was unable to open case for 1st transaction coz i didnt have received product until 45 days from 1st transaction..... i received damaged product & therefore i opened dispute case for other 2 transaction & mentioned in that about 1st transaction.
Seller confirmed with me that he is going to refund total money of 640 EUR once he receives statue & still didnt refunded me my money. I have provided tracking No. to paypal but now paypal just sent me mail that seller didnt confirmed with them & they need additional proof that package had been sent to seller & delivered to him........ so i provided photos of Fedex International Airway bill of sender copy & some pics of box before sending.
Seller also opened thread that i have scammed him & he agreed to refund in full for return of statue. now he is not even replying to my mails & msgs. he said he is honest seller & he will refund once he received statue.I have paid total 640 EUR(800$) for statue with shipping & about 270$ for customs & return shipping ........& still not getting refund. Paypal saying that if they agreed to refund they will only refund 540 EUR ........not 1st transaction. I thought seller will refund me as soon as he receives statue but he not kept his word..... I m believing that he sent me broken statue & cheated on me.

my friends told me try to get refund first at list of 100 EUR .......i trusted seller that he will refund me money its been 6 days statue delivered to him now he didnt cared about me

Sorry to hear that. Sucks to have encounter this type of seller which spoils the market for other honest seller out there. I would like to get a Gambit too but looking for a regular which is cheaper and from someone local to avoid shipping and tax.

Since you both agreed to a refund, file a claim with paypal for what they will give you. If the seller wants to show he is honest he will refund the rest.

Does tracking actually state the package was delivered? Was there a signature confirmation?

I trusted Seller that he will refund me instantly after receiving statue but he didnt n told paypal will will look after this case .....he know that even if paypal refunds me i will loose 100 EUR. i have msged him when he didnt replied i posted visitor msg but he deleted all of the visitors msgs also he is now avoiding me

Yeah your right I hope you get ALL of your money back. But it just sucks that paypal only give you 45 days to make a claim.

its pretty clear that seller was out to cheat from the very beginning , the fotos were hint enough,shoould have asked him to at least refund 100 euros before returning, rest could have been handled by paypal
