GambiT PF seller didnt Refunded money

its pretty clear that seller was out to cheat from the very beginning , the fotos were hint enough,shoould have asked him to at least refund 100 euros before returning, rest could have been handled by paypal

I thought he will be honest & refund me full amount once he receives statue. but seems to be he didnt even care about me at all. I told him 2-3 time refund me full money i will close case .....but no reply

That is just plain sucks Val. I will likely avoid any international sellers for many reasons unless I know them for sure. Just too risky.

wow I wonder is there's any type of mistake on the other side? Would he really just shut you off like this? Maybe he can say something? Or is he waiting on paypal first before paying you?

one of the reason why im still holding out on buying Ms Marvel and x 23,.i want them badly, but at the asking prices its too much of a risk for me, still waiting it out for a hopefully trustable deal

If you didnt do signature confirmation bro you are screwed. paypal sticks by their policy anything over 250 needs to be signed for. they dont care if you have a tracking number or any paperwork. if he is saying he got it to you, i'm quite sure he is telling paypal he received nothing on his end. he knows paypal policy....trust me

see 1st he opened thread stating that he is being scammed by me .......he agreed for full refund & i will return his statue, now after returning statue he is avoiding me deleting my visitors msg....... its like he is cheating on me from 1st he sent broken statue from his end & now this

i dont think so after providing tracking info to paypal why would paypal ask me for provide more information about shipping. i provided them Fedex airway bill in which can be clearly seen his address with tracking number & he has been confirmed to me that he received statue but not to paypal. thats why paypal asked me for more info.

statue has been delivered n now after providing more details paypal will let me know on 24th Sep.......that sucks

I guess this is part of the 'Sideshow Experience'. Most of us get thrilled when getting into this hobby but after a while we encounter all this problems.

I don't know if he's a scammer or not but he's two-faced for sure. He agrees for a refund with Dhaval off the forums yet he comes here and starts calling names. The FedEx tracking shows it being delivered and signed as well. I very well understand that he may not have funds available the very instant but instead of clearing the air, he hasn't even replied back.

pm's really?? i have sent him 4 pm's 3 visitor msgs 3 emails but didnt got any reply........ as he was saying he is honest in thread which he created then why not refund my money & close the case.....he didnt even bothered that paypal giving me refund or not

then he should PM a mod in the commerce section
