Gas prices/collecting habits

The hobby of collecting is expensive even before gas prices rise. So being selective is important. I've gone off my Buffy wagon for a bunch of new pieces, but am stopping with Bad Robot, X-23 (bowen) She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel. And now just staying with the Buffy stuff. As I mentioned before it's not the gas prices for me.

Now, on the subject of the horse. That would be fun.

I've pretty much slowed to a crawl.

I only have HT Spider-Man on preorder, and HT Superman The Movie once that goes up. That's it man. It's gotta be something really special for me to get it.

(If HT gets the SW license i'm ____ed. Unless they start making tons of crappy prequel figures)

As far as gas prices...BRING IT! When people start getting fed up is the only way change will occur in our complacent Zombie-like culture. Otherwise we'll just take it in the ass like we have always done. I wonder what the breaking point would be. 5-6 dollars a gallon? 8? Before people start to ____ing freak out!. Gas and dashes galore? robbery's?

You won't be saying that when you start having to pay twice as much for everything else including food (How do you think it's delivered?), and it will cost a lot more to light and heat your home too. Just think of the businesses that will be effected too, so expect unemployment to rise

Yeah, sadly gas prices are crazy all over right now its $3.22 here and expected to go up more especially by summer to close to $4. I know its higher other places but for my small town thats pretty high. No wonder the oil companies are making record profits.

In Norway we pay $2.5 a Litre, almost $9.5 for a gallon. Today it cost me $174 to fill up my 70 Litre gas tank

A bike doesn't sound like a bad idea for getting back and forth to work this summer.

I live in a small town and don't live very far from work so I ride a bike during spring time & summer to work.
