Here's a Last Samurai Tom I painted. The sun was not behaving the day I took this so I couldn't really capture the colors that well. Shame, I really like the hair.

They use flesh colored plastic and then all they paint are the highlights. And then they seem to stick to solid colors. They're kind of like Hasbro heads in that way. I get that it's a style that they're going for but I just think heads look better when they're completely painted.
