I will back up that Jon was asked politely leave, Jon said no, kit asked others if they could leave but Jon was shouting by then & may not have heard it.

TBH the shouting probably made kit decided who outta the 3 should leave

My 2 cents. There was 5 of us playing public(8 in the party). Then Spatan came in putting us over the allowed to play public. So the game was changed to private setting and Jon was booted. I then after that said I was gonna back out so 5 of you could play public. So I guess what i'm saying is I dont see how it was kicking Jon from the party at the time was necessary so all of us could talk on public when we were 1 over and couldnt play public anyway.
