I actually just finished the single player game (yes I know i'm late, but I hadn't had much of a chance before hand) All I can say is that I'm definitely looking forward to GOW3

Cool! Congrats on finishing part 2....if you want your GOW storyline to continue, check out the new book....pretty darn good reading!

i sort of agree, but i like the fight in the second game more than General Romm because it was more intense IMO.

Raam was a better fight, but Skorge looked to better....atleast to me he did.

Went through Co-op with a friend last night and I gotta say it is alot better playing with someone then with the computer. Though there are times where it was quite between us, but that cause there wasnt much to say. I did hear a "what the ----...." during the maria scene.

I just finished the 2nd gears of war book and it is interesting to say the least. I am interested to see where they take gears 3.

There weren't many locust in the book. About half way through it was all about stranded. So gears 3 will start after jacinto sinks and the COG are looking for a new home.

The book was very good and openned up some interesting things about the characters. The only difference between the books and game is Carmine, he is replaced in the book by Bernie Mataki who is a bad ass sniper.

I just picked up the Lost Symbol. I am starting it tonight. This is supposed to be his best work yet.

^^ I'm about halfway through it and I can confirm that it is pretty darn good. I'm still a huge fan of Angels & Demons, but I can't compare them until I finish this one.

Really?? Is that confirmed or just understood at this point? Seems like a perfect candidate for release with the extra DLC mission included. I have the PC version of the first one and love it on my PC.
