Dr. X is in the house. Looks every bit as good as all the promo pictures. Pose him the best that you can before placing in chair. Too much adjusting once in the chair could cause chair to break. Joints are nice and tight so he easily holds the pose.

Got Dr. X in today and first thing I did is this -

This is the old tie. I got it from OSK and Kit said they will replace the tie once they got them from FM. They shipped the figures before FM decide to replace all ties.

Charles looks super handsome with his fellow mutants.

Here's an update on "The Mystery"...

Something tells me the custom body didn't pass the "time test" and now they're trying something else.

Well im still waiting my preorder for this girl, anyone knows some news about it??164542b6yjfljfzd9lv07j_1024x1024.jpg

Stoked mystique will get released and still prey for a Storm's been on preorder for- Everrrrrr....:impatient: Asked timewalker toys about pysclocke and waiting to decide between toys era or soosoo toys version's. Every Soosoo toys has been Aammazing work! Toys era bodys usually need new body replacements just cheap good to upgrade but other then that The Magneto and Collosus and cyclops good ,fair release's in a unlicensed market. Bring on more X-Men!

The Professor is a fantastic figure. As others have read, the tie is hot garbage but OneSixthKits is sending me out the replacement tie once they get them in.

Going to have to get a smaller stand for my ToysEra Colossus because he won't fit in my detolf with the other X-Men. He fits without the stand but that figure doesn't stand very well and when I do get him to stand, he falls over eventually. Going to get the ToysEra Cyclops later today.

Does this come with the Cerebro helmet? I didn't see it listed on the OSK site.

Fell way behind on the X-Men movies. Didn't really see any after X3 -- which I didn't hate, but I'm usually more of a DC guy.

Finally got around to seeing Logan a few weeks ago ... which was good enough that it inspired me to catch The Wolverine, First Class, and Days of Future Past. Still haven't caught Origins, but I'll get to it eventually. The Wolverine wasn't terrible ... though the robo-samurai was a weird ending. FC and DOFP were both great. And, Logan may be my favorite Marvel movie thus far.

Suffice it to say, I wouldn't mind picking up a 1/6 Wolverine of some kind. The HT DOFP Wolverine looked like the best official release, though it's crazy expensive ... and really stupid that they picked the "future" Wolverine rather than the "past" one (that makes no sense ... "future" Wolverine was bedridden the whole movie). There is, unfortunately, no official Logan figure.

But, I did find a "custom" Origins Wolverine, with an Eleven headsculpt and clothes and claws that were made by God-knows-who. It looked pretty sharp. Even has a cigar (I'm a cigar guy, so that intrigues me. Heh.). Only $179 for the whole thing, which isn't terrible. Not sure on the quality of the clothes or the claws, but the pictures look good enough, I guess. I'm guessing they're not metal claws like some of the HT figures. Or, maybe they are. It's a little odd that the figure is from a movie I haven't even seen ... and I've heard is the worst of the group. But, it's a generic-enough look that it probably doesn't matter, I guess.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

There's this thread for Logan customs :

https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/marvel-action-figures/177830-logan-2017-speculation-334.html

And this one for custom Wolverine in general :

https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/marvel-action-figures/106882-custom-wolverine-171.html

- Eleven's headsculpts (Logan or Origins with cigar) or Vimal's Logan, are all awesome.

- For the claws, they're always made of metal, even the cheapest ones you'll find on Ebay. Three sets are generally available : basic closed fist, closed fist with blood and relaxed hands with claws.

- If you're going to buy the full 3rd party figure with Eleven's head, be sure it's legit. Normally, Eleven only sells his stuff through OneSixthKit.

The thieving money grabbing b*****ds DHL are currently holding my Professor X hostage and demanding the usual ransom fee before they will release him, I hate that company!!
