I was in the arena for that. Still one of the best moments of my life.

Brady played that Super Bowl with a basically broken ankle. Had a walking boot on most of the time. Brady and the offense didn't choke. He had them up with under two minutes left after leading what would have been game winning drives in both Super Bowls. Eli got lucky on both and the defense played terrible in the final minutes.

If you think Pats choked... what about the Spurs "choking" away two games.

Sorry, not a choke. Many teams make last second shots to tie or win games all the team. Heat were the number one team that year and the Spurs were a top 5(?) team... Heat stepped up when they had to. The only legit choke I've seen by the Spurs (who were hurt that year if we're gonna play that game) was the (1) Spurs losing to the (8) Grizzlies - now that was a choke.

But nothing compares to the stank of an undefeated team losing to a team that barely made the playoffs like your beloved pats did.

Man, you forgot how game 6 went... didn't you? You call yourself a Spurs fan and don't mention this? Come on....
Spurs were up by 5 with 28 seconds left.... in game 6 when they were leading the series 3-2. They choked. They had a 98.5% chance at winning the championship at that time. They choked both offensively and defensively. Not only that... then they had a chance in OT to win it... and they choked again. What about game 7 when Duncan misses that easy shot to tie late? Choke.

Spurs choked.

Pats defense choked to, but not the offense. Brady always had his team up late.

LOL

Sure do love slap fights between fans of teams that have won 9 titles since 1999.

Your team choked! No your team choked! This is just dumb.

Blazers vs Warriors now.... I just don't see Clippers winning that series unless Austin Rivers magically drops 30 a night and Paul Pierce is 8 years younger.

Pierce is done. Rivers is capable of putting up 20 in a few games. I think it goes 7, but neither will be beating GS with or without Curry.

I remember very well. But I don't think you fully understand what 'choke' means. LeBron hit a three and Allen hit a three. That's two hof players stepping up when it mattered. And that 98.5% is BS which has already been proven fallible. We can have this tautological debate until our fingers fall off but the bottom line is going undefeated and losing to a team that barely made the playoffs is leaps and bounds worse that a Spurs team losing to the #1 team in the league in the final seconds because 2 hof players hit clutch shots.

And in the Spurs case... it is three hall of fame players choking when it mattered most.

Brady got the ball back in both Super Bowls with enough time to win.

50 seconds left, down four, one timeout at the 20. Unrealistic.

30 seconds left, down three, two timeouts at the 20. Unrealistic.

Plus, don't forget the dropped passes. Brady can't do it all.

Is there a thread you post in where you aren't constantly arguing with someone?

If you actually noticed.... they start it, go back through and look.

See, look what argument you started now.

95% of the time it is someone starting an argument or making snide ignorant comments and looking for trouble. Then they cry I argue... when they start it.

minus games here n there playoffs thus far been lackluster. I'm hoping the next level series is different but didn't start out well in OKC v Spurs game.

the west is substantially weaker than it's ever been in recent memory besides the top 2. The East games have at least been exciting.
