I think the adds are a terrible idea but I am kind of curious who would get behind what team

Pistons are for real this year. They will make the playoffs.

:lecture:lecture

Thought they would win a few games against the Cavs.... looks like they will be swept instead. Pretty happy how hard they fought. They should be even better next year.

Detroit is a good young team, they gave the Cavs all they could handle even if they didn't win a game. If Det can keep everyone and not get tired of Stan yelling, they have a chance to be a top team in the East. Drummond needs to be able to stay out there, I hope they don't change the hacking rules. Guys need to learn how to make FT's.

Steph Curry is out for at least two weeks with a sprained MCL.

GS took umbrage to Kyrie Irving's comments that the Cavs were not at full strength last year. Will they make no excuses this season? By no means are they out of it...YET...but things just got more difficult for GS to repeat.

No, I read it, but with the best doctors in the world working on that knee everyday and his will to play... it won't be more than two weeks. I bet it is a guarantee he plays in game 1 of the WCF.

it always takes a bit of luck man. SA got the absolutely lousy Girzzlies in the first round and I don't see OKC doing a whole lot. If Steph isn't 100% against SA, assuming they make it past LA, SA should be able to convert on that lucky break and make it to the finals. From there, we'll see who is healthier out of the last two.

It doesn't matter if he has the best or worst doctors in the world. They can't replace his knee. If it's a grade 1 sprain that means, at the very least, there's some damage to his knee. They also said he will be RE-EVALUATED in 2 weeks. Even if he does play, there's no guarantee that he won't hurt himself again and/or that he will be 100%. Personally I hope he does play, but if he doesn't, well, I hope the record was worth it.

Besides, they won't be the first invincible regular season team to lose when it counts. It wasn't too long ago an NFL team went undefeated in the regular season only to CHOKE in the Super Bowl. I can't remember who it was though...does anyone recall who that special team was?? :)

I totally agree. That's just the nature of the playoffs.

But the gods have smiled upon GS. CP3 broke his hand last night and is done for the rest of the playoffs. The Clips would have had first shot at the Warriors without Curry (assuming that they make it past the Blazers).

He didn't even get hurt during the regular season.... well not to this extent, so what does the record have to do with anything??? He got hurt on two bad luck type of plays. He wanted to try to come back into game 4 after the injury, he has the will and fight in him to play ASAP.... and if the season is on the line.... he plays.

Brady played that Super Bowl with a basically broken ankle. Had a walking boot on most of the time. Brady and the offense didn't choke. He had them up with under two minutes left after leading what would have been game winning drives in both Super Bowls. Eli got lucky on both and the defense played terrible in the final minutes.

If you think Pats choked... what about the Spurs "choking" away two games.
