If the game was on the line and you need to make a shot would you pick Lebron over Kobe? I wouldn't.

That's not nearly enough to put Kobe above him for me. It would probably be the only thing I would take Kobe over Lebron in.

Regardless of Boston's record, I don't think their that close. Thomas is a fun story but not gonna win with him as your 1,2 or 3 option. He is a great 6th man and Al is third option at best. My feeling is they are two key pieces away from any serious run. Spurs always in the equation with Pops and Leonard continues they too need another key. I don't know that Paul would get them there....

No one else where they sit today will challenge either East or West coast.... neither division is all that strong yet

IT can score with the best of them and plays all out. I watched him in Sac in his early years. He's a big time player. They can win with him, but they need other guys who can score consistently. They are still a very young team. I expect them to continue to improve while Lebron continues to get older. Rim protector is probably their 2nd biggest need.

Alright gentlemen, prediction time.

As much as I would love to see the Cavs repeat as champions, rationally, I don't think that this will happen. GS in 6, maybe 5.

I will happily eat crow if I'm wrong.

Sadly, I agree with you. Not that I am a Cavs fan but I just hate GS more and I'd love to see KD get screwed out of a ring. Nothing personal against him... just business. :)

Can they both lose?

What if Lebron got hurt and the Cavs still beat the Warriors? I suppose Lebron would still win but it wouldn't be because of him which would probably hurt his ego. My call is barring injuries and suspensions...if everyone is healthy and playing every game, warriors in 6. I still believe if Draymond hadn't been suspended, Warriors would have won in 5 last year. But still, as someone who is NOT A FAN OF LEBRON, he impresses me more with every finals he makes. Of course I know he's been the best player in the league for most of his career but 7 finals in a row, 8 total...just mind boggling.

The whole issue with dominant teams and lack of competition is nothing new. People used to say the same when the Bulls had no competition. Remember this article?

And Jordan went through how many teams with multiple HOF'ers on them? Lebron came in at the weakest point in the NBA's history...that's not saying much

Spurs and Warriors weak? One team with a trio with one of the most win totals in league history and arguably the best PF to play the game and the Warriors just getting started. East opponents may sucked lately but his competition in the finals each year has been pretty stellar imo.

I was rooting for Cleveland last year just because I wanted that poor city to win SOMETHING. This year it’s just kind of who cares… and it will be the same for next year too with the fourpete.

**** that noise :lol

Most recent photo of Lebron.

I don't think so. Grab some rebounds and stop turning the ball over.. Cavs would have the lead. They are giving the Warriors 2's to keep them from blowing the game open with 3's.

Down 9 in GS is a victory at half-time

* wasn't watching the start of the 3rd. That 9 point lead has grown to 15 I see.

Never mind lol

God, the NBA has to be the least competitive professional sport going right now. The regular season was completely irrelevant. Before the season started, it was predictable who would make the finals. I love basketball but NBA can't manufacture competition like other leagues can.
