I dont know but from what I have heard there are alot of people who didnt get a confirmation email.

I would email them at [email protected] and ask them about it though.

Maybe if you dont get that print out the account page.

I cant wait to get Cody and Thanks again for the help Frances.

I still cant believe they have the Cody up for sale but the Jumbo Chubby really doesnt surprise me.

Thanks, Jason. I'll e-mail them just to make sure. Last year, they had my name on a list (didn't even ask for my e-mail confirmation). All I had to do is sign for them.

Update: Wow, the responded to me within 3 minutes:

Do I need a confirmation e-mail in order to pick up the items at Comic Con or will the printout from my account suffice?

The printout will be sufficient. Please make sure that your identification address matches your order billing address.

Has anyone received an e-mail from Gentle Giant confirming the pre-order? My orders are listed in the Order History but I haven't yet received an e-mail.

I received no order confirmation and contacted them about it. They confirmed that my order was there and told me that if I brought a photo ID showing my name and billing address, that I would be OK.

Yes, it's there now. I was worried at first because they told us:

"Person who placed the pre-order must bring printout of Confirmation email..."

So when I didn't get one I was in panic mode.

I didn't notice it at first because it was just in with all of the shipped/completed orders. I was looking for something pending or processing and missed it right away. But I was still worried because the intructions specifically mentioned that you had to bring your confirmation e-mail, and for all I knew that had something unique in it like a barcode.

I might go to the Baltimore Comic-Con, and I see GG has an exclusive there. When should I expect the pre-order to go up? The show is in September.

For CIV and SDCC, pre-order went about two weeks before the events so I'm guessing Baltimore will be the same.
