I'm very doubtful if I will again. I haven't seen any benefits yet to the membership. I won't enter the raffles and there was no demarkation between the regular members and the PGM for the SDCC preordering. Even when we get their membership gift, I have a feeling it's gonna be something I don't collect in the first place. So basically I will have paid $50 for something I don't want.

They had big plans and I believe they had (have?) every intention of following through, but until they become more savvy concerning CS and listening and responding to their clientele as though we may mean something to them, I won't subject myself with dealing directly with them.

The one thing that I think they really need to get people to go for PGM is give them a different pre-order time. I mean even if its a few hours it would be nice lil perk.

They really don't care about customer service AT ALL. And if not for the cluster fornication at their boof at SDCC last year, I would have mentioned it to one of their employees in person. I've contacted their CS via email and the auto-generated replies are a polished version of 'Bite me.'

Seeing what GG's been doing with the Star Wars line, I'm just hoping the LOTR line doesn't go the same way! It's one reason I didn't venture into GG and Star Wars.

I agree, basically message him, and make a deal toward him actually having it in hand then pay. If he agrees, use the BIN.

I got one preordered, and sorta regret it. But I'm on the look out for Bly and Neyo, so maybe a trade will pan out.

I think things will die down with this bust. In several months this will be available for a little over retail. I'd like to get it but won't pay anything close to $100 for it.

You pretty much copied what I said . I believe that will happen as well. If this bust was Haldir, that would suck.

I dont know but from what I have heard there are alot of people who didnt get a confirmation email.

I would email them at [email protected] and ask them about it though.

Maybe if you dont get that print out the account page.
