More often then not the Marvel Studios films are superior. I'm not saying there have not been some good Marvel films that have come out of other studios but there's also been some real stinkers.

I'm sure you could find good reviews for Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes, it still does not get away from the fact that most people who have seen that film think it's a cinematic turd.
I think you will find it will be the case with this film as well
Maybe that people now know Ghost Rider 2 is bad, they can enjoy it for it's awfulness?

I liked that scene. I wanted to see more of that. That was really, visually interesting to watch.

But everything was soooo ____ing BOOOORRRING. And slow. It was the longest 90 minutes i've ever felt.

The first had a better plot. But it was done poorly. Everything storywise, character wise, in this sucked.

Reminded me of Blade III. Horrible ____ing movie like this one. Except this had a few goo moments in between.

Just watch the trailer. I mean, I cannot stress this enough. You have seen every action scene, and even the final battle. Not one scene is not in the trailer.

Was there any love interest in this film? The first had Roxanne, but I don't remember reading anything about an equivalent for this installment.

Oh, that sucks. People can call it what they want, but I enjoyed the Cage/Mendes screen time from the first film. It was Blaze's 'driving force' for much of the film. That's what I liked about it.

obviously by you going to the film on opening day you had hope... how does it compare to (the dreadful) Underworld Awakening?

i didn't like the first Ghost Rider film, but I do have fond memories of the comic series...
