As for head news, something is INDEED happening that I am not at liberty to discuss yet, but look for a big announcement by Chris about Ghostbusters within the next... two weeks?

As most of you know Chris was de-rerailed from his commissions by his day job. Now he is not only getting to all of his commissions, he's making a rough timeline as well because he'll have the time to devote to it.

There's a spike on the PKE meter guys. be ready!
 
I'm definitely interested in custom Ghostbusters head from Chris Howes, Rick! :D I'm on another thread where we need only ONE more board member to sign up for a Lt. Gorman custom head sculpt from ALIENS, that Chris is creating for us. If we get one more member, that would make 15 interested members, then we get a special discounted group price from Chris for it. Hopefully he'll do us some group discounts on this thread for the Ghostbusters team. I still want a great set of the four Ghostbusters in 1:6 scale! Count me in if Chris Howes is involved for head sculpts of Venkman, Stantz, Spengler, and Zeddemore! :D

Seriously: Is there any other possibility than storerooms. I am usually used to do very good business with them but in this case they seem to fail completly. :mad:

Looking forward to hearing the announcment...

BTW: Will hopefully post my painted Venkman in this year...:horror
 
1/6 Ghostbusters patches

Been talking with Tang over at OSW about his custom patch sets. I supplied him with some source images and dimensions so he could work up some samples. He updated his custom patch thread with some design samples. So if your a member on OSW you might want to head over to this thread and take a peek.

Only two small problems:
1. I don't have the font for "TULLY" specifically
2. The only time Louis suited up was in GBII and he was wearing one of Egon's spare suits. So if your going for accuracy and in canon with the movie you'll just need to slap a "spengler" name tape on his suit and buy him a pair of ear muffs.

on a side note, does anybody have a spare alice frame with straps they would be willing to sell to me or trade for a few traps or a pack kit?
 
Hey guys, im intereted in having a set of heads done up for sure, just wondered what the sculpts are like as i take it venkman is the only1 done so far. any pics??

Yes, Peter is the only head for now, but updates are said to come soon :)rock)...

For pics of Peter look on page 40+ (I dont know exactly)...

You might also be interested in proton packs and traps by nickatron. Dont know if his packs are still available but they are awesome and propably the best to go with. Though they are a bit too big (to be honest), they simply look amazing.

ahh yes, i h ave see that, it is a really really cool custom!! altho im not 100% on that sculpt of him, imean referance wise, as the pic its based on aint a gb look bill murray, if usee what imean, btw, im not putting the head down at all as it is SUPERB and i still would like 1 or 2!!

I cant wait to see others when they are done, finaly see a ray stantz custom with a dan head thats got the right hairstyle. thats the only thing that bugs me about that bb2000 sculpt, his hair is totaly different to his gb look.

and yes im aware of nick, i know him frm the gbfans forum. hes doingme a pack up as we speak actually!! so im super excited about that!! and too big u say>?? way too big or jst alittle?? it doesnt look out of place tho on all the figs ive seen!! so iwouldnt have known ahah.



btw, has any1 found any decent flight suits 2use yet?? links to any wud be much appreciated!! im not really going for the prison break 1 so any others would be great, ive been told there is a dragon 1 that is awsome to use???
