Hopefully someone pics up Perseus and Sinbad. I would love to see in hand pics, so I can decide if they are worth picking up.

What's the big deal? People made pre-orders through online stores too. Wouldn't you think it obvious for a one man business to move out the most product to those etailers?

Give the guy a break. What you or I reckon should happen may not be how he sees fit to run his own business. I know I took advantage of the discount. I'm more than happy if I have to wait. I didn't pay to have it first. I paid to have it reserved. To make sure I got one. Besides that, I haven't even paid yet. :lol

And what you reckon may not matter at all to me. :lol

:lol Of course not, but have you been charged yet? Why would you expect to be one of the first to get this? It's not like it's a pre-paid pre-order.

You have a reservation, and so, you are ensured you will get one. It may not matter to you what I reckon, but you emailed Steve, not me. So it must matter to you. I was just trying to explain why you jumped the gun on this issue. If you can't see that and why then what good would a reply from Steve be, because you aren't going to care what he reckons either. :lol

I didn't get the impression Yodasan was breaking out the pitchforks just yet... but do let me know what you hear from Steve :duff

Yeah, maybe not, but I might, if all this unnecessary communication delays my figure. :lol

If these get shipped out like they did before, remember that the shipments come straight from the factory in China. It only makes sense that the large retail orders will be shipping to the distributors, who then send to the vendors, and then single direct customer orders are sent out from there too. I'm happy to wait, as long as I get that nice discount.

Anyone know how these compare against other 12" figures for scale etc ? Curious as I'm interested in picking up the Flash Gordon figure . Any pics would be very helpful.

I have the buck rogers figure and I almost want to say that they seem a little smaller than hot toys figures. Buck is heavy because it has the mp-3 player in it, but it's a fantastic figure so I am guessing the Flash would be about the same.

Got a mail from Steve today. The figures will be starting to ship next week. According to the GoHero site, the exclusive item for Flash Gordon is a "Lighting Bolt Gun Blast". Curious about that. It sounds cool though.

Thanks for the update AA. I'm having a sad cause Steve isn't emailing me. :lol Hope he knows who to send out the certificate for the Buck's, that didn't get one, when he sends out Flash.

Well now that you bring it up, that was exactly the reason for his mail. I suppose that if you told him that your Buck was missing the COA, he'd inclose it with your Flash. You did sent him a mail about that (with the edition number) didn't you?

I received this email from Steve Forde recently in reply to an email I sent in January about this figure:

I will cancel the order. Unfortunately I will need to adhere to our policy and charge the 15% Cancellation Fee ($15) as we shipped these pieces from China to me and your order was still intact.

Sorry, but that's not acceptable. When I placed my order no mention was made of a 15% cancellation fee, nor was I contacted whenever this policy was implemented and told that this was now their policy and given the option to cancel my order.

I'm in the UK and here I would normally contact Trading Standards over such a thing - do they have 'Trading Standards' in the US? If so I plan to contact whoever runs them in NJ and take it from there.
