I have seen a couple on the big screen. Showed my son these trailers hoping to light the fire. He is all about Pacific Rim. He also went and saw G14 in the theatre and he loved that. He has watched a couple of the Toho flicks.

I enjoyed these 2 mini trailers more than G2014, and i'm not even a G2014 hater.

Toho Godzilla 2016 is going to be insane if it matches the energy from those 2 trailers.

Well Godzilla 2014 focused more on the humans and the MUTOs for most of the film, these trailers are like the last 20 minutes of Godzilla 2014 and amped up, they're not trying to be serious, just giant monsters fighting and destroying the world.

That was the problem with G2014, only good human character they had was killed early on.

If Toho 2016 gives us what G2014 falsely advertised plus that level of intensity and mayhem from that Gamera/Ultraman trailers, watch out world!

I think Godzilla 2014 fell a littl victim to the depiction of realistic responses and making you wait for the fight, the sort of chaos seen in these trailers is what would have happened between the male MUTO and Godzilla starting their fight as the doors closed and the HALO jumpers landing, by the time we finally see monster action, all the citizens have evacuated or are hiding.

I felt more terror and monster destruction impact with that kid and his binoculars than anything from G2014.

Pacific Rim got that part right in the Tokyo scene, although it was too loud.

Let's hope that Toho has changed their idea of what that means since Final Wars. What was it, like ten battles, one punch (kick, toss, atomic blast) and out?

My issue with Final Wars fights was the very human moves and style, they didn't fight like animals at
all which ruined it.

So after getting my gigantic G2k my first x plus figure I been itching to get another and I have a feeling its only going to get worse for my wallet.I went to New Hampshire to visit a comic store and up on top shelf was the X plus GMK 30cm reissue.I had to get it especially for 160 bux!gmk is my 2nd favorite suit.Dang I am hooked on collecting X plus G's now.

There's some proportion issues that hurt it for me, but overall, really cool and nice to see more love for the 2014 design.

My only issue with it is he looks a bit fat because of the proportions, his neck and upper torso are almost the same size and his arms look so huge he almost looks like a gorilla that could walk on all fours.

Especially comparing to the clear pose inspiration.



I'm not against altered proportions, I like the new Sideshow statue which has a slightly oversized head, but this piece changes the overall look too much, I don't consider Godzilla 2014 fat but if he looked this way I would
