I just send an email to hot toys to offer my idea.The character being very emotional I find that it's a bad idea to make 3 happy faces.I hope that they will take into account my proposal...

I really hope somebody over there sees your idea. If we got a screaming sculpt that would be beyond awesome.

That screaming head looks brilliant.

I bet that if HT don't do it (which I'm pretty sure they won't) then someone in the custom world will and should. They would become a legend among humankind if they could pull that off

Definitelty something to look into!

Great work Skyler !! That's gotta have more impact than simply writing "i'd like a screaming head sculpt for Groot". I know a guy who may also have contact with HT. I'll forward it to him as well just to try and make sure it gets through to them.

Personally, after seeing the movie, I think the only faceplate they made the right choice with is the open mouth smile. The other two should be scrapped, and, if I had my way, they'd give him an extra fourth faceplate a la the QS Batman because the looks I want, in addition to that happy grin, are...

But, perhaps most of all, the one that hit me right in the feels with its adorableness. Either this...

Him crying just killed me, and, honestly, with such a wide breadth of expressions to choose from, it's goddamn criminal that HT has resorted to two of the three being neutral sculpts.

yea I would keep the open mouth smile thats the cutest one. Ditch the neutral smile. I could totally HT releasing a second figure with different faces. Gotta reuse that mold. I also like the bored face he has when hes plugging in the speaker

Yeah, a selection like this would make this a must get, but right now I wouldn't pull the trigger. I loved the film, in all rights I should want the whole team but they are all failing on the headsculpt level and I am not POing any so far.
