They'll refund you even after 1 delay. Just when you get an email that it's been pushed back, if you want to cancel, tell them the delay is the reason. Done.

I think this was originally slated for sept-nov so not officially delayed yet. I'm guessing it will though so i'll just wait for the delay email, then cancel.
