Wor-Gar, what was your take on the first Gurdians movie? I've found that Guardians got a lot of love from general comic book and sci-Fi fans who were not really into the actual comic versions of the characters before the movie. Fans of the characters before the movie are kind of bummed by how they are being changed for the movies. Especially Yondu.

Drax cracks me up. I was thinking of something else. I don't care for Gamora -- one note. But I like Nebula -- mostly because I like bald chicks though. Rocket's funny when he's arguing with Star-Lord.
I like when they're swindling and cheating their way through the universe. But once you're a family... well...
I liked the first Guardians too but one of my best friends and loooong time comic geek was really turned off by it because he was a long time fan of the characters. It was a good look into how my non geeky friends and families hear me talking after going and seeing something like Batman or the Avengers movies. Although I do agree that they took Yondo too far off course. Why even say that he's Yondu? Just make him the same guy but that guy is not supposed to be Yondu.
MCU GOTG was a good flick. But Marvel put Padded Bendis on the title, turned all of them into MCU clones and utterly destroyed the book. I was a big fan of DNA's GOTG (and the original 3k team), but now, I couldn't give two ****s about them. Everything the MCU has touched, it has turned into a good flick, but in the process destroyed the book.
I liked (didn't love) the first Guardians of the Galaxy. I can't complain about how it effected the comics as I never read them. However, I'd take the first Avengers film over it any day, LOL.
Post-Credits Scenes Spoilers (taken from 4chan which were taken from furiousfanboys):
Last Warning.
– Sylvester Stallone’s character Stakar (Starhawk) is seen meeting Ving Rhames and Michelle Yeoh who play Charlie-27 and Aleta Ogord. Krugar and Mainframe also appear in this scene setting up the original Guardians to possibly appear together in the third movie.
– Ayesha is seen talking about how she has a way to destroy the Guardians and we see a figure in a cocoon. This is obviously Adam Warlock who at one point would’ve been in this movie but is being saved for the third.
– Teenaged Groot is seen playing video games.
– Sean Gunn’s character tries to use Yondu’s fin to control one of his arrows. He can’t control it as well as Yondu so the arrow hits Drax. There is a bigger spoiler connected to this scene in the movie itself, which we won’t post here.
– Stan Lee is in space talking to Watchers! They walk away from him because he’s talking too much.
PS: Michael Rosembaum is playing Martinex, who appears in the movie as Stakar's right-hand man.
Take them with a grain of salt, but they sound believable, and fit with other recent news.

No, but my wife had to be up very early the next morning and we had a long drive home from Disney. It was a struggle enough to make her sit through as much of the credits as I did.
